Boss

Def Jam West dropped this and i could'nt let it pass after hearing her on the zebrahead soundtrack and on AMG's album. With solid production throughout and a flow that caught every ones attention, this album (in my humble opinion) is classic material and should be in EVERY hip hop fans collection!.......................

RBX

I Only copped this after hearing AWOL on some pirate station years back, and although its pretty standard west coast gangster hip hop, it holds itself with many others that were released around the same time. His beef with Dr Dre was the main reason this sold back in 1995, but after hearing RBX on a Dr Dre produced Eminem track kinda shows what a fickle world the hip hop world is...lol

I upped this after seeing a request, so enjoy some mid 90's west coast beats!

Poizon Posse

Heres another that i know very little about, but after hearing "This Is It Ya'll" on The Dj Red Alert Show i tracked down and brought the cd...........now i aint gonna kid ya and say this is very good, but its worth the download cause i doubt you'll see it elsewhere, what i mean by not very good is that even when extracting this i didnt know wether to put the genre as hip hop, rap or rnb, so i left it........lol........but "This Is It Ya'll" still sounds very good and fresh today, so enjoy!

Nice And Smooth

Another of 1990's shamfully slept on albums, Jewel Of The Nile by Nice and Smooth (in my eyes) is a classic, their chemistry is well known, and this album dropped at a time when hip hop was leaving the old school style behind, so old school heads like me welcomed this, i recognised many of the beats and it still sounds fresh today.................Of course they manage to hold thier own with Slick Rick, and Everlast also makes an apperance, this album is another that all Hip Hop fans should own

Black Sheep

Remembered for a couple of striking singles and their membership in the Native Tongues family of groups, Black Sheep also recorded one of rap music's most entertaining debuts, A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. Handling both production and delivery, Dres and Mista Lawnge appeared headed for a long, rewarding career, but unfortunately faded after the release of their long-delayed sophomore set. This Album is one of my all time favorites, too many hits to name, this simply is a absolute must have for any self respecting hip hop fan!

7669 - From A Bad Block

7669 are a RnB with a rough edge from 1993........all i know about them is from the CD cause the internet dont know shit.....lol...........They are 4 girls called Shorty 1 Forti, El-Boogie-E, Big Ang and Thicknezz who were/are on Motown and were exclusivly produced by the legandry Lionel C and Associate produced by Jackie-O who had a minor success in the 90's........They had a old school feel to them cause Full Force and Kangol produced tracks are frequant through this cd, the track i heard which made me hunt this down was again on the Dj Red Alert Show and was called "69 Ways To Love A (Black) Man" which to me is The sound of RnB in the early 90's, a banging Beat and smooth lyrics, don't sleep like many did in the 90's and Click the pic, its classic material that you wont find anywhere else (except the leech's sites....lol)
