Checked it out it wasn't a bad mix a little different. It had me trying to see if it was going to stay on point. That is a very difficult task and the challenge of a good mixer to make it match and you did just that!! I liked it!! My fear is the folks that aren't really into the art of mixing may not understand what you are doing!! Let's see cause I know what you did!! good post!! lol
the way i see it is that mixing should be making the original sound differant, for that i dont mean better, and using old tracks that people recognise but dont know what the track was what i was trying to do, i'm glad you understand what i do, plus...lol, it was done on a lazy sunday afternoon, so the tracks i use kinda show that, one day i'll post the Fort Minor one i made, i blended them with Old jazz and blues, not many people understood the concept, maybe the blod world will....
Loved the Biggie blend... Thanks... Would you do blends like that, with the accapellas of Papoose, Big Daddy Kane, Kool G Rap,Keith Murray, or Canibus, over old school Hip Hop beats..? Holla @ me.. jugghernot@yahoo.com
Overall, a good effort. Definitely appreciated some of the songs you used as backing tracks (I mean, Rockwell?!?! I hadn't heard that shit in years!). Sometimes it sounded like Biggie was off-beat, but that's the challenge of mashing songs together from different genres. Look forward to hearing some of your other work. http://hiphopisntdead.blogspot.com

I thought this was cool mate, nice one. I'd like to hear one that was maybe a bit harder: get a real nod on. Good stuff.
